The Roots
I grew up in a dental practice. My parents ran a busy office — the kind where phones rang nonstop but where receptionists knew every patient by name. I did a little bit of everything: answered calls, filed charts, stocked supplies. You could say that’s where I cut my teeth. Dentistry was the family business, and like a lot of kids in that world, I was put to work early.
Turns out, Burhan (CEO), Allan (CPO), and Mohammad (CTO), co-founders of Rondah AI, have a similar origin story.
The three of them came up in Allan’s family practice, chipping in wherever they were needed — front desk, back office, and everything in between.
And while they each did their part, the real engine of the office was Rondah — the longtime receptionist who somehow knew every patient’s name, their kids’ birthdays, and exactly when to squeeze in an emergency crown. She was the glue, the memory, the heartbeat of the practice.
She's also the company’s namesake — a tribute to the kind of excellence they’re now scaling with AI, so every practice can have a Rondah.
The Product
Rondah AI is voice AI built for dental service organizations (DSOs). That may sound simple, but what it’s doing is anything but. Imagine a front desk that never gets overwhelmed, never drops a call, and never forgets to follow up with a patient. That’s Rondah.
The product is already being used by some of the largest DSOs in North America to improve schedule utilization, reduce lost revenue, and extend the capabilities of short-staffed teams. It’s helping office managers keep up with the pace of patient needs — and DSO leadership teams finally get the operational leverage they’ve been chasing for years.
But the vision doesn’t stop there. The team has a bold vision to build a digital workforce of dental agents that can rival national labor markets. A virtual front office that’s always on, always improving, and always getting smarter.
In a space that’s historically been underserved by software, Rondah AI is building something that feels both obvious and overdue.

Why We Invested
When we first met the team, we saw something rare — deep product intuition grounded in lived experience. The Rondah AI team is magnetic, and the rare hustler, hipster, hacker trio.
Burhan is the hustler — he’s got that rare founder energy that blends charm with clarity and zero fluff. Allan is the hipster — a product visionary with taste and a deep empathy for the customer journey. And Mo is the hacker — he dropped out of his masters in AI at Waterloo to go all-in on Rondah.
Together, they’re the kind of trio you want to bet on: gritty, mission-driven, and just relentless in execution.
On top of that, the early traction was undeniable. DSOs are itching to deploy Rondah across their portfolio of practices. It’s rare to see so much customer pull in early stage businesses, so when we saw that, we knew we had to get involved.
